Website purpose

YourVedicPriest.com provides information about Shri Venugopal Shastry (Devdhar), ceremonies he may perform, educational material, Panchangam reference information and a way to request priestly services. The website is not intended to create a confirmed engagement merely because a form was submitted.

Request versus confirmation

Request a Ceremony means that the visitor is asking Shri Venugopal Shastry to review the occasion, location, preferred dates and availability. A request is PENDING until Shastryji or his authorized representative explicitly confirms it. Do not make non-refundable venue, travel or vendor commitments based solely on a submitted web request.

Ceremony scope and tradition

Public ceremony pages are educational and planning-oriented. Exact mantras, sequence, samagri, number of priests, duration, family roles and timing can vary by family tradition, sampradaya, temple authority, location and circumstances. Final scope is personally confirmed for the engagement.

Panchangam and Muhurtham

The Panchangam provides location-aware astronomical and calendar reference information. It does not replace personal Muhurtham guidance for important samskaras. A displayed time is not a guarantee of a religious outcome, and final Muhurtham selection may require ceremony-specific and family-specific judgment.

Travel, fees, deposits and expenses

Travel availability, professional fees, travel expenses, lodging, deposits and other arrangements are established directly for the specific engagement. The current current production website package does not collect payment-card information and does not present an online payment as a charitable donation. Before any online payment feature is introduced, the owner must adopt and publish applicable fee, cancellation and refund terms and use a reputable hosted/tokenized payment provider.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Specific cancellation, refund, travel-change and rescheduling rules must be agreed with the owner before launch if deposits or payments will be collected. A confirmed event should clearly distinguish CONFIRMED, RESCHEDULED and CANCELLED states. This draft intentionally does not invent financial terms that Shri Venugopal Shastry has not approved.

Educational content

No present-day institutional endorsement, sponsorship or authorization should be inferred unless it is explicitly and verifiably stated.

Original site text, layout implementation, brand assets and software created specifically for YourVedicPriest.com are protected as applicable. Traditional religious terms, prayers and concepts may have different underlying status from modern translations, commentaries, photographs, recordings, editions and artwork. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or automated requests; attempt to bypass access controls or anti-bot systems; interfere with the service; scrape private confirmation pages; or submit content that infringes another person's rights.

Availability and accuracy

Reasonable care is taken with the site, but availability, calculation services and content may occasionally contain errors or become unavailable. Important religious timings and engagement details should be personally confirmed before relying on them.

Limitation and governing terms

Any legally binding limitation of liability, dispute process, governing-law clause or venue clause should be written or reviewed by qualified counsel based on the final operating entity, payment practices and jurisdictions. This engineering build does not invent those provisions.
