Original by design. Credited where required.
YourVedicPriest.com is being developed as an original digital experience. It may learn from broad design principles used by leading experience firms, but it does not copy their layouts, code, trademarks, proprietary methods or protected creative assets.
Last reviewed: September 10, 2026 · This register distinguishes project-created assets from third-party material whose rights must still be confirmed.
Original YourVedicPriest.com work
The current production website architecture, original brand mark, favicon/logo variants, social sharing card, interface code, information architecture and editorial copy in this package were created specifically for YourVedicPriest.com. The design applies general professional principles such as hierarchy, progressive disclosure, journey design, accessibility, reusable components and restrained storytelling. It does not reproduce another agency's proprietary design system, source code, copyrighted layout, graphics, copy or trade dress.
Sringeri and institutional references
The names of Sringeri, Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri Vidya Bharati Foundation and other institutions are used only to describe verified historical education/service facts supplied by Shri Venugopal Shastry. Their names and any trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. This website does not use their logos and should not imply current endorsement.
Photographs of Shri Venugopal Shastry
Production 1.2 uses three photographs supplied and re-shared by the project owner. The orange temple portrait has no visible watermark. Two archival event photographs visibly carry the PerfectClick photographer watermark; the watermark is preserved in every published derivative. The site owner should retain documentary publication permission or an appropriate license from the photographer/rightsholder. A visible credit is not, by itself, proof of a copyright license.
Traditional religious material
Traditional prayers, mantras, ritual names and inherited religious concepts must be distinguished from modern translations, transliterations, commentaries, book layouts, recordings, photographs and illustrations. The latter can carry independent copyright even when the underlying traditional text is old. The site should use original explanatory prose or specifically cleared material.
Astronomy Engine
The browser Panchangam uses Astronomy Engine 2.1.19 by Don Cross, distributed under the MIT License. Its license notice is preserved in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. Production V1.0 loads the exact version-pinned browser build from jsDelivr. The MIT license notice is preserved in the source package. A later hardening release may self-host the reviewed runtime to remove this third-party runtime dependency.
Cloudflare Turnstile and infrastructure services
Cloudflare Turnstile is an external anti-bot service planned for the production form workflow. Cloudflare names and marks belong to Cloudflare. Turnstile is not redistributed as project source code; its use is governed by the provider's applicable terms. Hosting, database and email-provider notices should reflect the actual production configuration.
Fonts and icons
The current design relies primarily on system/browser fonts and project-authored vector shapes rather than bundling third-party commercial fonts or an icon pack. If new fonts or icon libraries are added later, their license and redistribution obligations must be entered in the dependency/media register before release.
Corrections and takedown
If you believe material on the site has been used without appropriate rights or attribution, contact the site owner with sufficient detail to identify the work. A responsible workflow should temporarily remove disputed material when appropriate while rights are investigated.
Do not remove or crop away the PerfectClick watermark. Retain rightsholder permission/license records where available, and review any future institutional logos, deity artwork or third-party ceremony photographs before publication.
